Need these first

The three things that stand between you and a live website.

Your onePOS online-ordering link The web address customers order from on your onePOS system. Ask your onePOS rep, or find it in your onePOS back office under "Online Ordering." We drop it in and your Order Online button goes live — orders open right on the site and fire straight to your kitchen. Until we have it, that button just tells people to call. Confirm your menu & prices We typed the menu in from the photos of your notebook. Give it one read for anything that's changed — especially the wings (listed as market price) and any prices that went up. Just text us the fixes. Your web address + one official name What should the site live at — e.g. kellyskeywest.com? Tell us if you already own one; if not, we'll grab it. Also: the internet currently lists you three different ways — "Keywest Bar," "Kelly's Key West," and "Kelly's Keywest Five Star Dive Bar." That split quietly hurts you on Google. Pick the one official name and we'll make everything match.

Are the hours right? We have 11 AM–2 AM every day, happy hour 11 AM–7 PM. (One listing says Sunday opens at noon — true?) The logo The star badge on the site is our clean recreation of yours. If you have the original logo file (from your sign maker, shirts, or menu designer), send it and we'll drop in the real thing. Free WiFi password The menu page shows your WiFi password (from your printed menu). Okay to keep showing it publicly — and is it still the same? Facebook page Confirm this is your official page — we link your band posts to it: facebook.com/kelly.s.key.west.bar The look You said any colors are fine, so we went beachy for everyday with a red-white-blue 4th-of-July mode that turns on by itself around the holiday. Thumbs up, or want a different vibe?

Photos & content

Makes it pop

Your best photos From your phone or Facebook — the wings & food, the bar inside, a packed live-music night, and the sign/outside. More and higher-quality is better. (We're using the handful you sent plus a couple stand-ins for now.) Merch details The shirts, hat, koozie and stickers shown are mock-ups. Send real product photos (or say "use the mock-ups for now"), and confirm which items you actually sell and the real prices. The band lineup It updates monthly. Do you want us to update it for you each month, or just link straight to Facebook? Either way, send each month's list or flyer.

When you're ready

Optional for launch — but this is how new customers find you.

Google Business Profile access The single biggest lever for showing up in "dive bar / wings / live music near me." We need you to confirm you can log into your Google Business listing (or add us as a manager) so we can clean it up and keep it matched to the site. Ask us for the full ranking report — we already pulled your numbers.

How to send it over

Text or email everything to Ryan at Schreffler Media — photos, just text them straight from your phone. The moment we have Section 1, we can have you live within days.
